The reception desk employees were very kind and helpful and funny, I received a help to carry on my suitcaseses to my rooms door, there was AC in appartment and this is the most important thing because I was there in Aug 2021 - around 30 degrees 24h/7 :) I had electricity all the time but I have hear that others hotels they have some limits with electricity for their guests (even better hotels than this one). I ordered a transfer to airport via reception desk and once I checked out from hotel reception employee ask me to wait a little because he wanted to double check my room if I do not forgot about something important from my room. It was realy nice and carreful. I received an upgrade to a better room for free and there was no problem with extending my stay for one night even though my room was originally booked by someone else. It was also very nice.

Staff was number one Specially Mr Amman Mohamad He was guiding us to go around in Beirut and did comparison shopping to reserve for us a Taxi ride to Airport Second was location Walkable to AUH,Hamra, Downtown and it was surrounded by excellent restaurants Third was the price unbeatable with 24 h AC and electricity Will return again
